Market & Customer Understanding: In close collaboration with Customer Experience, research market trends, competitor landscapes, and develop detailed buyer personas to understand customer challenges.
Product Messaging & Positioning: Defining the unique value proposition and craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute plans for new product launches, including setting goals, defining metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Sales Enablement: Create sales tools (e.g., presentations, battle cards) and training materials for sales teams to effectively communicate product value.
Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing to develop product-focused content that highlights features and benefits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be a connector and bridge-builder in a global, matrixed organisation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or related field or equivalent demonstrable experience
Significant demonstrable experience in Marketing, with an emphasis in Product Marketing
Strong, demonstrable experience in the Marketing of SaaS/DaaS/AI products; strong affinity for and understanding of data and AI technologies/market.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, particularly with senior and technical leaders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
