Provide user experience insights to support decision-making and product evolution, ensuring that designed solutions meet users' needs;
Conduct desk research, map and collect user and usage data;
Conduct individual and/or group interviews for usability testing;
Plan and execute journey studies and behavioral profiles in partnership with the research team;
Identify current user behavior profiles and trends for potential future users;
Identify key experience opportunities based on evaluation of metrics;
Conduct benchmarking of direct competitors and analogous markets;
Formulate hypotheses for product improvements (Web/App);
Prepare and deliver executive presentations.
Requirements
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics);
Knowledge of design research methodologies, hypothesis formulation, and user feedback documentation;
Experience creating flows and wireframes to align with business dynamics;
Previous experience with service design, running design sprints, building end-to-end (E2E)/client user journeys, creating personas, proto-personas, user profiles, and conducting heuristic analysis.
