Build and scale best-in-class digital capabilities across markets, fostering innovation and competitive differentiation, driving a digital-first culture across our client service.
Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to create value for clients and the business.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients, strengthening relationships and driving long-term partnerships.
Lead and support new business pitches, including development of proposals and high-impact client presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions.
Expand Edelman’s presence through industry engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Ensure strong financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and effective budget management.
Establish accountability across teams, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and delivery.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the region.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional team of digital specialists, ensuring continuous development and capability building.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in digital, social media, or integrated communications.
Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally with regional or multi-market scope.
Background in marketing, communications, or advertising is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading new business initiatives.
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish is a strong plus.
