About this role

Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand objectives and data.
Design architecture (data, LLMs, and infrastructure) with a focus on cost, performance, and LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
Implement data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and advanced RAG solutions (BM25, embeddings, reranking).
Develop and integrate APIs using FastAPI and build user interfaces with Streamlit.
Manage version control, unit and integration testing, and deployment orchestration (Docker and CI/CD).
Configure system observability, metrics, and alerting.
Continuously evaluate models and prompts and recommend improvements.
Document technical decisions, create playbooks, and upskill teams.

Languages and frameworks: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
Generative AI: Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
Machine Learning: Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
Engineering and architecture: Familiarity with RAG, ETL/ELT pipelines, API development (FastAPI), and interfaces (Streamlit).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD practices.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
