Develop a quarterly growth roadmap
Plan and support paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, and LinkedIn)
Design inbound marketing strategies and B2B demand generation
Map and track the full funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer)
Build strategic dashboards
Monitor growth and profitability metrics
Produce executive reports with insights
Propose and implement growth experiments (A/B tests, conversion improvements)
Work closely with clients' commercial teams
Integrate marketing and sales strategies

Paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Sales funnel structuring and optimization
Performance metrics analysis (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS, CPL)
Dashboard creation and interpretation
Experience with CRM and marketing automation
Landing page creation and optimization
Experience with A/B testing
Ability to perform strategic marketing diagnostics
Degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
