Have direct contact with Oscar's C-level leadership — and contribute to decisions that shape our growth in Germany
Shape the agenda: when you spot an opportunity, a faulty process or an underserved region, you are expected to raise it and take action
Own partner relationships and drive their growth
Act as the primary point of contact for Oscar's rental partners in Germany — build genuine, trusted relationships through regular written, virtual and in-person communication
Proactively identify growth levers with existing partners: fleet expansion, availability optimization and coaching on how to get the most out of the platform
Support onboarding of new partners and ensure the journey from signed contract to first booking is fast and smooth
Manage pricing recommendations and availability to maximize partner revenue and Oscar's competitiveness in the German market
Handle operational issues on behalf of partners — damage management, insurance claims, vehicle registrations, GPS trackers, credit checks and contract documentation
Build the acquisition engine
Analyze regions across Germany to identify where Oscar should expand next — using market data, competitor presence and demand signals
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fleet size, location quality and operational suitability
Build and refine repeatable outreach sequences, pitch materials and handover processes — in close coordination with the Country Director
Engage directly with promising prospects, supporting or leading conversations depending on phase and complexity
Requirements
Commercially minded and relationship-oriented — you enjoy building trust and are motivated to help partners grow
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Inside Sales or a similar role — ideally in a marketplace, mobility, logistics or SaaS startup
Builder mentality — you see a growing market and want to be the person who turns it into a success story, not someone who joins after the fact
Comfortable with data and automation — you can set up and read a dashboard, spot underperformance and turn a KPI into a productive conversation
A self-starter who identifies gaps, proposes solutions and follows up without being asked — and willing to visit current and future partners
Fluent in German and English — partner communication in German, internal collaboration in English
Based in or willing to relocate to the NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia) or Lower Saxony region
