Extract, organize, clean and validate data from different sources.
Analyze and monitor Customer Experience (CX) metrics.
Build and update reports, dashboards and presentations.
Analyze and track customer journey metrics, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the experience.
Support the preparation of customer communications.
Support continuous improvement projects, report automation and the standardization of CX metrics.

Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields).
Genuine interest in data, customer experience and problem solving.
Knowledge of Excel (intermediate).
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Good communication skills to turn data into clear, actionable information.
Organized, curious and eager to learn.
Initial or academic experience with:
Data analysis
Performance indicators
Customer Experience or customer service
Familiarity with:
Power BI or data visualization tools
SQL or databases
Experience with satisfaction surveys, NPS or analysis of customer feedback.
Knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.
Previous internship experience or academic projects involving data will be considered a plus.
