Conduct consultative selling and maintain established partnerships by presenting technical proposals for the company's products and services.
Develop, retain and recover accounts by analyzing current and potential clients in the region with respect to the technologies they use and their required needs, actively participating in the preparation of technical projects together with the client.
Provide technical support to sales executives in pre-sales analyses, evaluating the client's entire technological infrastructure, requirements and compatibilities.
Assess optimization of already implemented technical resources to improve services delivered to clients through internal and external coordination.
Conduct technical visits to clients for validations and tests of new products and to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver training and technical presentations on products and services to current and potential clients, instructing them on best practices for using products and equipment.
Provide pre
and post-sales customer service and technical support, suggesting and recommending necessary preventive and corrective actions to the product support team.
