About this role
Role Overview
Prospecting new business opportunities;
Conducting consulting meetings with qualified clients;
Presenting the company's solutions clearly and persuasively;
Understanding clients' needs;
Negotiating pricing and terms with clients;
Preparing proposals, invoices (boletos), and contracts;
Updating the CRM after each interaction/meeting;
Conducting follow-ups;
Ensuring individual targets set by leaders are met;
Maintaining strong relationships and alignment with the sales team.
Requirements
Specialized courses in sales, negotiation, or related fields are desirable.
Experience selling courses and mentoring programs is a plus.
Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling and/or BANT;
Consultative sales profile.
