Role Overview
- Manage multiple project managers at multiple other project sites
- Manages the day-to-day operations of a construction site and is responsible for the project's success
- Responsible for Quality Control paperwork and inspections
- Responsible for Site Safety enforcement, paperwork and inspections
- Inspect the work progress on a regular basis to ensure that all aspects of the project are on track
- Lead subcontractors and achieve production goals
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, local ordinances, and company guidelines
- Provide onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30-hour Certification
- Ability to review confidential US security information
- USACE QCMC Certificate and EM-385.1.1 Certificate preferred
- Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge/background in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection layout and construction practices
- Computer software proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ProCore, eCMS, construction industry Project Management Information System required
