About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end FF&E planning, procurement, delivery, and installation
Lead move/relocation coordination including scope development, vendor bidding, and on-site execution
Collaborate with project teams (architects, contractors, and user groups) to align budget, schedule, and design requirements
Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper infrastructure coordination (power, data, layout, etc.)
Track and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
Coordinate logistics for deliveries, installations, and occupancy readiness
Oversee swing space planning and transitions between project phases
Ensure successful project close-out including documentation and punch list completion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
6–10 years of experience in project management, relocation/move management, FF&E coordination, or facilities
Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and installation processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and furniture drawings
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
Nice to Have
Experience with public-sector or educational projects
Background in interior design, asset management or procurement
Familiarity with AutoCAD or design tools
