Replenishment management for the internal and external suppliers
Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, batch and expiry control, and corrective actions
Identify and escalate potential supply risks, shortages, or delays in a timely manner
Coordinate invoice posting and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or master data in collaboration with Finance and SSC
Maintain and validate supply chain master data to ensure system accuracy
Prepare and support regular supply chain reports (inventory status, OOS, potential OOS, operational KPIs)
Act as an operational interface between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external suppliers
Ensure compliance with internal supply chain procedures, controls, and documentation standards
Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Good understanding and experience with supply chain and logistics processes
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English (part of the interview process will be held in English)
Strong analytical and data handling skills; good Excel proficiency
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
Effective communication and collaboration skills
