Mentor and develop delivery managers, architects, and engineers while promoting best practices in systems engineering and managed services.
Contribute to practice evolution, account growth, and the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and solution co-creation in Systems Engineering & Support Services, enabling account growth and solution expansion.
Build trusted relationships with account stakeholders, influencing roadmap and prioritization.
Manage delivery of modernization, integration, and managed services initiatives across North America in collaboration with global teams, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in technology consulting, systems engineering, or IT services delivery, preferably with client-facing consulting experience.
Proven track record in delivery oversight, client advisory, and operational excellence.
Experience leading distributed teams or multiple account delivery programs.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
Understanding of cloud, automation, AI/ML, and platform engineering trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
