Role Overview
Lead high-impact, strategic initiatives sponsored by Enterprise Technology.
Translate business strategy into clear problem statements, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
Drive initiatives such as:
Delivery and operating model evolution
Talent capability uplift, and consulting maturity programs
Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning delivery, platforms, and ways of working
Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, proactively removing obstacles and resolving dependencies
Establish and run enterprise-level governance for strategic initiatives and priority programs
Design and manage leadership cadences focused on decisions, outcomes, and accountability, not reporting
Ensure decisions are clearly documented, owned, tracked, and driven to closure
Anticipate risks, trade-offs, and escalation points; surface insights and recommendations early
Maintain a strategic view across major initiatives and programs impacting Enterprise Technology
Partner with delivery and practice leaders to assess health, interdependencies, and execution risks
Ensure transparency and alignment across initiatives without owning day-to-day delivery management
Act as a connector across Delivery, People & Culture, Finance, and Partner teams to advance strategic priorities
Prepare executive-ready materials including strategy narratives, decision briefs, and leadership updates
Represent the business leadership team in forums focused on alignment, execution acceleration, or issue resolution
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation leadership, management consulting, or senior program leadership within technology or enterprise services
Proven experience leading ambiguous, multi-stream strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong ability to structure problems, synthesize information, and drive executive-level decision-making
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders
High EQ, sound judgment, and confidence operating with limited direction.
