Analyze the main KPIs of the AGP Executive Management value chain, ensuring their quality and accuracy;
Interpret data and analyze how assets perform across the value chain: actuals, variances, trends and forecasts;
Create analytical dashboards and data quality checks for use by the Operational Control teams for Oil & Gas Production;
Dive into technical details and synthesize them into clear, visual PowerPoint presentations for executive summaries, and prepare detailed Word documents to communicate across all hierarchical levels;
Establish clear decision options that represent multiple stakeholder perspectives, driving them toward action;
Navigate the organization matrix-style to secure commitments on deliverables, deadlines and clear accountability for follow-up actions;
Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI); advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and to tell a compelling story that brings stakeholders together;
Customer
and data-obsessed, continuously learning and refining approaches to deliver user insights and maximize business impact;
A sense of ownership and personal accountability, combined with the ability to manage deadlines and internal stakeholder expectations;
Experience in planning and control, and in process development and reengineering;
Develop and operationalize data/metrics (e.g., requirements tied to business outcomes and value generation);
Knowledge of SQL for database querying and analysis is desirable;
