Role Overview

• Lead and manage the Retail Float Pool team
• Drive sales performance and market success
• Collaborate with Retail leadership
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Act as a staffing consultant
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching
• Maintain a working knowledge of Fifth Third’s products and services
• Provide recommendations on process improvements
• Align, direct, and manage daily coordination and scheduling

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of banking and sales management experience
• Ability to manage a remote team
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
• Capable of analyzing line of business reports and scheduling needs
• Exhibits business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
