Understand the design and implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud, and system integrations: design and support the project team in implementing customized solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Tech Lead in high-complexity projects.
Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries (Telecommunications), with practical mastery of metadata, data modeling, limits, integrations and security.
Advanced knowledge of: Apex; LWC; Flows; performance tuning; security and governance (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Shield if applicable). Experience with multi-cloud environments.
Experience with continuous delivery processes (environments, releases, CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DevOps).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in bug fixing and troubleshooting.
Effective communication and ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization.
Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly CRMA (Analytics), App Builder and CPQ.
