Manage the scoping and implementation of products and services for newly onboarded and existing clients globally.
Help clients leverage product capabilities and deliver income for the business.
Delivery of client Product & channel implementation projects from inception through to agreed closure and handover.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement products/services that meet client requirements.
Definition, agreement, and execution of project management plans that meet client and internal stakeholder needs.
Day-to-day coordination of implementation activities including communications with stakeholders.

Subject matter expertise
experience with and understanding of integrated banking channels such as SWIFT, Host-to-host and APIs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – an ability to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
Attention to detail – ability to understand complex client requirements and bridge the gap between business and technology for clients looking to automate their Treasury/Cash Management operations.
An understanding or experience of Transaction Banking products more broadly.
Experience in a product implementation/servicing role.
Strong analytical skills to understand complex client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Must be fluent in English.
