Establish Medserv's quality framework from first principles
determine what good looks like across our RCM and remote secretarial services and build the infrastructure to measure, track and continuously raise that standard.
Set quality strategy across IE, UK and PL and take accountability for implementation as well as driving the teams to meet the required outcomes.
Influence how the business makes decisions
from system changes and product development to client onboarding and operational scaling
by embedding quality at the point of design, not as a retrospective check.
Develop a deep understanding of Medserv's technology stack, data flows and automation pipelines and use that knowledge to identify where quality risk is introduced and how to engineer it out.
Work as a peer with Technology leadership on platform decisions, release cycles and system changes; own the quality sign-off on changes that affect service delivery.
Build the data infrastructure that gives the business real-time visibility of quality performance — dashboards and trend analysis that drive decisions, not just report on them.
Lead initiatives that replace manual quality intervention with intelligent, scalable controls.
Define the quality standards that govern every service line and hold the organisation accountable for meeting them — including at senior level.
Build robust mechanisms for error detection, investigation and resolution that address root cause, not just symptoms.
Ensure compliance across all three markets (GDPR/UK GDPR, HSE/NHS guidelines, private healthcare rules) and represent Medserv with authority in audits and client quality reviews.

Demonstrated ability to build functions, not just manage them — has designed frameworks, grown teams and driven measurable improvement in quality outcomes.
Commercially sharp: understands the link between quality, client retention and business performance, and makes the case for investment accordingly.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare data regulations across IE and/or UK; able to lead audit and compliance demands without external hand-holding.
A leader who commands respect through expertise and judgement.
