Strategically manage the region’s network of partner campuses with a hands-on, consultative, and results-driven approach, ensuring sustainable performance and alignment with corporate guidelines
Plan, lead and execute regional strategic projects focused on student acquisition, retention, and sustainable growth of the student base
Ensure partner campus satisfaction and the financial health of the regional operation by monitoring performance indicators and taking corrective actions when necessary
Develop, train and manage the field team, fostering high performance, engagement and excellence in executing regional strategies
Analyze the regional market and competitive landscape, identifying expansion opportunities, risks and competitor movements
Design, implement and monitor strategies aimed at gaining market share, increasing competitiveness and strengthening the brand in the region
Monitor operational and commercial metrics, converting data and analyses into executive decisions and strategic action plans
Ensure proper implementation of processes, policies and institutional guidelines across partner campuses and regional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Business, Strategy or related areas is a differential
Experience in management, preferably in operations
Experience analyzing indicators, with a strong results orientation and data-driven decision making
Analytical skills and strategic vision to identify growth opportunities and optimize regional operations
Previous experience in the education sector will be considered a plus.
