Requirements
experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, distribution center software, or similar solutions.
3+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, including 1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a strong plus.
proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.
extensive hands-on experience with one of the widely used programming languages, such as Golang, Java, or similar.
