Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading large-scale technology modernization initiatives
- Strong technical proficiency in software development
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience managing large development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern development practices is a plus
