Role Overview
- Make Aircraft Releases as Part 125 AMT on behalf of the company
- Performing as an Applicant for ODA Recurrent Ticketing activities for the 737 MAX aircraft
- Manages employees who evaluate and ensure products, services and processes comply with requirements
- Provides education, coaching and review of Quality Management System
- Develops and maintains relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- 1+ years of experience with the Boeing process for releasing aircraft
- 3+ years of Line Maintenance and/or MRO experience
- Current FAA Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License
- Willing to support a multi-year Expat assignment in Zhoushan, China
- Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
