Assist the CRO in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives within the Commercial organization, ensuring timely and successful execution
Serve as a liaison between the CRO and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Streamline processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Commercial team
Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CRO
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
Identify and address operational challenges, providing solutions to improve overall performance
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for the CRO and senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in a strategic or operational role within the Fintech, Investment Management or Consulting environment
Strong project / programme management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
Proficiency in workshop facilitation and excellent presentation skills
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to be hands on and focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Advanced research, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organizational context
Great collaboration skills, highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
