Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear, concise and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform data analysis to understand existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented.

Prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
Participate in group problem-solving sessions to address challenges and find effective solutions.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with electronic fiscal documents: NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e and related documents.
Strong knowledge of DFe (Electronic Fiscal Documents) and their main processes.
Experience as a Business/Product Analyst, Implementation, Support and/or Product Owner (PO), collaborating with product/engineering teams.
Knowledge of fiscal legislation and regulation at municipal, state and federal levels.
