Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities
Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with the dev team and UX
Serve as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value
Use metrics to monitor and measure progress
Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability
Show the ability to learn from experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision
Stay on the cutting edge of AI and technology development, inspiring teams to ideate and experiment with applying AI

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in fintech, with previous experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred
Experience delivering projects utilizing AI, ML, Gen AI, RPA, and related tech is strongly preferred
Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross-functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes
