Lead enterprise product strategy and transformation for FIS Asset & Auto Finance, aligning roadmaps, integrations, and platform modernization to market and client demand
Own end‑to‑end client migration programs, defining standardized and configurable approaches, tooling, sequencing, and future‑state operating models
Drive portfolio‑level execution and prioritization across concurrent transformations, balancing risk, cost, cycle time, and client outcomes
Establish and govern transformation KPIs (adoption, cost‑to‑convert, cycle time, quality, regulatory integrity, and client satisfaction)
Oversee data and technology migration strategy, including data integrity, automation, conversion tooling, and post‑conversion stabilization
Embed AI and automation into migration frameworks, delivering measurable ROI through reduced cycle time, cost, and error rates
Lead cross‑functional delivery alignment across product, implementation, services, engineering, and architecture teams
Partner with clients and commercial teams to align scope, pricing, incentives, and delivery commitments
Own transformation governance and risk management, serving as senior escalation point for program, regulatory, and delivery risks
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with FIS Asset Finance and Auto Finance platforms
Proven leadership of large-scale platform migrations or modernization programs in complex, regulated environments
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise product strategy and execution, with accountability for outcomes and ROI
Strong transformation governance and financial acumen, including portfolio prioritization, investment trade-offs, and cost control
Experience embedding AI and automation into product or transformation workflows, with measurable business impact
Executive-level stakeholder influence, driving alignment across product, delivery, sales, and client leadership
Exceptional judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity, resolving risk and escalation at scale
