Role Overview
Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points
Become fluent in CodeRabbit’s product and value proposition
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging
Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve activity goals
Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges
A self-starter mentality
Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships
An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
Familiarity with developer tools, AI, or open source ecosystems (Bonus)
Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment (Bonus)
Proficiency with sales engagement tools and CRMs (Bonus)
