Role Overview
Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and creative prospecting strategies
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive team
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine fit with CodeRabbit’s solutions
Become fluent in CodeRabbit’s product and value proposition to effectively engage technical and business stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria
Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity goals
Share learnings and insights from prospect conversations with internal teams to help refine our GTM motion
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS/PLG/tech preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
A curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges and aligning them with CodeRabbit’s value
A self-starter mentality: comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and motivated to exceed goals
Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships
An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
