Prepare comprehensive plans
Coordinate resources and administrative duties
Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of projects
Direct individuals or teams in the execution of project tasks
Responsible for project schedules and budgets
Interact with Senior Managers, Customers, and internal teams
Provide high-level support to the Program Manager
Serve as a liaison between team members and the Program Manager
Assist with recruiting and hiring processes
Responsible for creation and tracking of project deliverables and compliance requirements
Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience in project coordinator or project management role
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Proficiency with project management toolsets (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally
