Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including solution architects, project managers, and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solution design and delivery.
Identify and recommend business process improvements, supporting change initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining alignment with compliance, security, and quality standards in high-security environments.

Must hold an active NV2 or PV security clearance (Positive Vetting)
Skilled in writing project documents, including OCD and FPS (Operational Concept Document and Functional Performance Specifications document); as well as briefs and reports
Skilled in stakeholder engagement.
Intelligence or Electronic Warfare (EW) experience is definitely preferred.
Solid understanding of Defence & Security sector operations, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications; experience in Defence and/or government environments is highly desirable.
