Role Overview
- Provide transactional, administrative and technical support to maintain benefits and payroll data in the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Act as subject matter expert to HR Business Partners, managers, and colleagues
- Provide support for the implementation and administration of employee benefit programs
- Work directly with benefit vendors on plan set-up and resolution of colleague issues
- Advise colleagues regarding benefits related issues
- Responsible for the tuition reimbursement process
- Administer Leave of Absence programs
- Complete monthly billing and invoicing process for benefit vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of related benefits experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Experience with reference-based pricing medical plans a plus
- Strong working knowledge of current benefit practices and trends
