Role Overview
- Provide direct support to the HR Manager in daily operations, helping manage workload and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, handling routine questions on benefits, policies, and HR processes, and escalating when needed.
- Support core HR processes, including time-off administration, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation.
- Assist with coordination of performance reviews, scheduling, tracking progress, and sending reminders.
- Help organize and follow up on HR priorities, ensuring tasks and deadlines are effectively managed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, particularly for US-based employees.
- Collaborate with international teams and support HR reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required) , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with US-based HR processes is beneficial.
- Basic experience with HR reporting and data tracking.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international, cross-cultural teams, including US stakeholders.
- Capable of explaining HR policies and processes in a simple, supportive manner, with a high level of responsiveness and organization.
