Role Overview
- Assessment & Care Planning (Performs Initial, regular, and OASIS assessments)
- Skilled Medical Care (Medication administration oral, IV. Injections etc.,)
- Documentation (Accurately charts client assessment, treatments, interventions in electronic health records in real time.
- Patient Education (teaches patients and caregivers about medications management procedures, disease processes control also safety venues and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient care plans for quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations within the facility.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
