Assessment & Care Planning (Performs Initial, regular, and OASIS assessments)
Skilled Medical Care (Medication administration oral, IV. Injections etc.,)
Documentation (Accurately charts client assessment, treatments, interventions in electronic health records in real time.
Patient Education (teaches patients and caregivers about medications management procedures, disease processes control also safety venues and protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient care plans for quality and effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations within the facility.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts is required.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive work environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
