Lead a small to medium-sized team of professionals across the Americas, driving customer outcomes, operational performance, and team development
Influence functional strategy, including resource planning, execution priorities, and policy development within the area of responsibility
Assess business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services
Apply strong judgment to solve complex problems across operational, technical, product, engineering, and service environments
Develop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations by evaluating information, asking the right questions, and engaging the appropriate stakeholders
Identify and implement solutions outside of established approaches when needed to meet customer and business objectives
Lead functional initiatives and projects, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging customer needs to help shape continuous improvement and business performance

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
Candidates with a high school diploma / GED must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Services and Digital Customer Reliability
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Services and Digital Customer Reliability segment
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, and digital reliability environments
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is posted and to which they apply, without requiring current or future sponsorship
