Conducting preliminary desktop investigation to prepare file for the field surveillance investigators
Coordinating with surveillance investigators and providing updates to clients
Reviewing surveillance videos and ensuring quality and consistency
Prepare clear, concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance review
Requirements
At least 5 years of directly relevant work experience (i.e., working as a surveillance case manager) or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice and 2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and legal personnel.
Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
