Lead regional category strategy, supplier management, master service agreements, and supplier performance initiatives
Partner closely with global category teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Play a key role in advancing strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering total cost efficiency (TCE) without compromising service, quality, or operational support
Develop and execute strategies within the assigned category spend
Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels
Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers

Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience within the MRO Commodity category spend group
Demonstrated ability in leading organizational, process, and culture change
MBA in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management (desired)
Strong experience within the assigned category spend group
Collaborative mindset in working across functional areas
Strong experience in Procurement processes
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Sourcing or Analytics experience in a multinational company
