Develop, maintain, and communicate the Gen AI platform roadmap in alignment with business strategies.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt in collaboration with engineering and business partners.
Serve as a liaison between the business, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management in partnership with the Scrum Master.
Stay current on AI platform trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product direction.
Provide thought leadership to help shape the long-term vision of the Gen AI platform.
Define and track product KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business impact.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and iterate on product strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI, cloud, or platform products.
Proven track record of managing complex technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud-based infrastructures.
Strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
