Role Overview
- Provide therapeutic area/product expertise in malignant hematology
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers
- Maintain level of knowledge of relevant TA and Pfizer medicines
- Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines
- Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments
- Provide truthful, accurate, and scientifically supported information to HCPs
- Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs colleagues
- Represent Pfizer Medical Affairs leadership with associations and societies
- Mentor others and participate in special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
- PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 7+ years of experience, BA/BSc with 8+ years of experience
- Subject matter expertise in malignant hematology recognized across internal and external stakeholders
- Currently reside in the state of Florida
- Ability to manage a significant volume of projects developed in a remote environment
- Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent judgment skills and adaptability to organizational change
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate a Pfizer company car and regularly fly on airplanes
