Assist Senior Director with all insurance procurement functions, including market strategy development, data submissions, quote evaluations, carrier selection and binding
Manage premium expenses and budget
Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate to review draft agreements and contracts
Provide guidance and recommendations to terms and conditions as it relates to insurance requirements for third party vendors and partners
Evaluate and recommend risk transfer options
Provide written analysis, including claims coverage analyses for internal stakeholders
Manage property incidents and claims utilizing Origami Risk
Partner with Facilities, Asset Protection and other key stakeholders to reduce risk exposure and secure recoveries
Manage building/property risk prevention and risk engineering improvement initiatives with Facilities and property insurers
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key underwriters, service providers, brokers, and internal customers
Support other key programs for Risk Management
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of risk management and insurance experience
Proficiency in commercial insurance products, terminology, policy forms and risk analysis
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Experience with Origami Risk or similar Risk Management Information System (RMIS)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
