Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives
Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research
Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies
Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or related field
3+ years of experience in product research or user-centered design
Master's degree in Market Research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred
Strong experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
Proficiency in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
