Facilitate technical training programs for new and existing employees
Recommend and implement approved changes to enhance all aspects of the learning experience
Provide one-on-one training sessions as requested
Facilitate training related to onboarding including, but not limited to, orientation and coursework that supports core values
Work collaboratively with members of the HRD/Organizational Learning team and other business units/stakeholders to assist, deliver, and create new training classes and programs
Participate in new product/service implementation
Review scope of project and recommend training solutions
Evaluate the effectiveness and success of training by using qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral based metrics
Maintain all training materials to ensure information is relevant, accurate, and current
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, or related field
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in facilitation of training and instructional design
3 to 5 years of experience with financial institutions training required
Experience in facilitating and/or designing technical training preferred
Experience developing content suited for multiple delivery channels (instructor-led classes, online virtual classes, computer-based training [CBT] and self-paced training material)
Experience creating process documents to be used in the flow of work (job aids, etc.)
Experience using Articulate Rise preferred
Experience with core software OSI/FISERV preferred
