Take responsibility for the data architecture within the risk area.
Capture and interpret business and regulatory requirements driven by major initiatives.
Develop an integrated data architecture for Risk that supports all risk types.
Develop business information and logical data models that align with business needs.
Support the definition of business terms, ensuring consistency across models and data flows.
Ensure compliance with BCBS 239, Basel/CRR, IFRS, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from the risk organization, data management professionals, and architects across Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

Strong professional background in risk management within a banking or financial services (e.g., credit, market, counterparty, or liquidity risk).
Competence in developing ontologies, business information models, and logical data models (including normalised and dimensional models), as well as data definitions, data mapping specifications, and data flows.
Good understanding of data warehouse architectures and methodologies, and familiarity with the Data Mesh framework and data products.
Knowledge of regulatory and data management requirements in Finance and Risk areas, and how data architecture enables compliance and governance.
Experience with BCBS 239 (Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting, RDARR) would be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively to both business and IT professionals.
Fluency in English.
