Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, legal, compliance, and technology teams
Design and deliver compliance audit, monitoring, and testing programs
Prepare, analyze, and consolidate data for executive-level compliance and risk reporting
Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures
Conduct employee training sessions on compliance topics as needed
Analyze compliance trends, identify emerging risks, and engage with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation plans
Administer the business unit’s sanctions compliance program
Serve as a subject matter expert and compliance resource for internal and external partners

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of hands‑on compliance experience in a regulated environment
Strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare and/or health insurance
Demonstrated experience managing compliance activities such as monitoring, audits, risk assessments, or incident response
Working knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, and sanctions compliance; exposure to AML standards is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Comfortable operating independently in evolving or ambiguous environments
