Partner with GDIT Leadership as well as IHS, Oracle Health, and S&P associates to help provide technical expertise in helping stakeholders within the organization understand potential reporting & analytic products and functionalities.
Cross-walk legacy report functionality to new system functionalities including reports, workflows, registries, mpages, etc.
Assist users in adopting new or existing functionality through technical documentation or standard operating procedures type documentation.
Contribute to the implementation of robust data governance policies, and ensures compliant, role-based access to sensitive analytics assets.
Be trusted to be a subject matter expert in a matrixed team responsible for assisting in gathering reporting requirements, understanding and applying vendor technology roadmaps, ensuring standards integration within the products, and health information management complex.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of experience in Healthcare IT reporting & analytics roles.
Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) reporting domains such as PowerInsight, Discern Analytics, HealtheIntent, registries, or mPages.
Strong understanding of healthcare reporting structures, data models, and clinical workflows.
Knowledge of data governance practices, role-based access controls, or analytics security frameworks.
Proficiency in understanding healthcare quality programs, reporting standards, or clinical performance metrics.
Understanding of healthcare IT interoperability concepts, such as data extraction, integration points, or EHR interfaces.
Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
