Role Overview
- Translate business strategies into a capability roadmap
- Partner with Transcend Business Program Owners and Global Template Owners
- Identify business value to prioritize roadmap decisions
- Lead a team of 5 BPO’s specialized in key R&D business processes
- Ensure alignment to the global template and clean core principles
- Drive continuous improvement post go-live
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- 10+ years R&D or supply chain leadership experience
- Proven results in global BPO or transformational leadership
- Experienced in business value realization and measurement
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experienced in defining business roadmap based on template capabilities
- Experience with the requirements of working in a GxP/SOX environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain experience
