Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, shaping how they use PIM to drive business outcomes
Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures across data models, integrations, and workflows
Work across sales, product, and delivery teams to influence both pre-sales and implementation success
Drive innovation through AI and automation to improve data quality, efficiency, and customer experience
Lead the design of end-to-end PIM solutions, including data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks
Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and product data challenges
Support and guide implementation teams (both Inriver and partners), ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and alignment with best practices
Share expertise across internal teams including Product Management and Support.

Strong experience in solution architecture within SaaS environments
Deep understanding of PIM, product data structures, taxonomy, and digital commerce workflows
Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern architecture patterns (microservices, cloud)
The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions
Confidence in leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest or experience in AI/ML applied to data, automation, or personalization
Experience with data modeling and mapping tools
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and partners
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar
Around 5+ years of relevant experience
