Role Overview
Analyse existing policies to ensure there are processes that allow the execution of EWR Co policies.
Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop strategies for improvement.
Design, implement, and monitor new processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with commercial objectives.
Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and procedure manuals.
In conjunction with compliance and continuous improvement colleagues conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Facilitate change management and communicate process updates effectively to stakeholders.
Create training materials and deliver training to employees on new processes and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting as needed.
Lead process improvement initiatives, manage teams, and coordinate with external contractors if required.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare and present reports on process effectiveness to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
MCIPS qualified, or actively studying at an advanced level.
Experience in designing and implementing procurement and contract management processes, in particular in relation to the Procurement Act 2023 and subsequent Regulations and Guidance.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to commercial activities in the public sector.
Excellent process design and mapping skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate, design, and optimize processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey process changes and strategies clearly.
