Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
Manage and monitor the contract lifecycle
Provide legal advice and support on employment law matters
Advise on legal matters related to intellectual property, real estate, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
Prepare legal files and manage litigation matters
Manage and maintain corporate entities within assigned region
Support legal team in mergers and acquisitions activities

LLB (Hons) or equivalent degree from a recognized university
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial implications
Solid understanding of government regulations impacting organizational operations
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug discovery and development
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and influencing skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
