Assess client progress regularly, celebrating milestones and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records using SOAP and Group Note templates.
Collaborate with the Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement.
Actively participate in team dynamics by attending monthly staff and supervision meetings.
Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest practices and trends in mental health coaching.
Assist with additional tasks as directed to support the broader mission and goals of the organization.
Requirements
Must possess a Georgia professional licenses (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
Hold a valid license in the state of Georgia
Have obtained a Master's Degree in one of the behavioral or social sciences that is primarily psychological in nature
Maintain current malpractice insurance
Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit exceptional proficiency in managing electronic clinical or medical records (ECR/EMR)
